• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products (according to your return policy) only if the Parcel opening video is shot by the customer.

• Electrical parts, lubricants, and special-order items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.

• Warranty, if applicable, is provided by the manufacturer.
